Loudwater蓄電所
Loudwater は 英国バークシャー州High Wycombe 近郊の 40MW/55M 蓄電所。2024年初めに着工予定、2025年初めに商業運転開始予定。
蓄電所は再生可能エネルギーの拡大と、英国の系統強化に不可欠な柔軟性を提供。
2050年までにネットゼロを目標とする英国政府は2035年までに系統の脱炭素化にコミット。蓄電所はこの転換において重要な役割を果たし、貯蔵した再生可能エネルギー電力を需要ピーク時に放出する一方、系統の需給調整を秒単位で実施。
