We combine deep global expertise in energy and financial markets with specialist technical capabilities, including origination, development, system design, power markets and software optimisation. We are active in the UK, Australia, Italy and Japan.

Courage & Drive

We can’t do this alone. Our success depends on our ability to build lasting, trusted relationships with each other, our stakeholders and the communities we operate in. Together we will deliver innovative solutions that make a positive impact on the world.

It's just a really exciting opportunity to be at the inception of a business where you have the opportunity to build a legacy and to drive and design the future of the business going forward.
Bea Miyamoto

I'm an engineer at heart and I particularly enjoy solving complicated problems. There's great potential here, huge amounts of opportunity.
Christianna Lempesi
Energy Analyst
People here really recognise how much everyone else is able to bring to the table now, but also who they can become and who they can develop. I think for me as a junior person here at Eku, that's been something I've really appreciated, that I've been able to be in an environment where people are willing to mentor and nurture me and help me to shape my career in the ways that I want.
Liam Fenlon
Energy Analyst
We all bring different experiences and skills to this business. And when you get to know each of the team members, you'll see that actually it's quite impressive, the different skill sets people are bringing along. And so it just feels like we're creating something special.
Natalie Conn
Business Manager
We're a globally ambitious team with really good people. I'm really excited to see where and how new markets get developed for energy storage and how we can all push faster towards net zero in the energy transition.
Nathan Murray
Contract Manager
Eku was that perfect sweet spot where the company is not only small and agile and trying to create projects that are really meaningful but also we're actually building batteries and we're operating them.
Nicky Ferguson
Principal Policy Manager
If you're passionate about the energy transition, if you're humble enough to work with a diverse team in which everybody is an expert in their own field, it's a good place for you to grow. I would say come with an open mind, come with the right mindset, because this is a company which values trust, values courage, values respect.
