Kate Anderson
Non-Executive Director, Macquarie Asset Management
Kate is the HR Operating Partner for MAM Green Investments. In her role, Kate is responsible for human capital matters across MAM Green Investment’s global portfolio, advising on C-suite talent, incentives and alignment, board composition and capability, and HR optimisation. She also leads the HR work streams across MAM Green Investments’ platform creation activities.
During her tenure with Macquarie, Kate has held several senior roles within Human Resources, including Head of Employee Relations for EMEA and both HR Business Partner and HR Operating Partner for Macquarie Capital.
Previously, Kate spent 9 years working as an employment lawyer in private practice. She holds a degree in law from Durham University.
