Chris is Co-Head of MAM Green Investments in EMEA, a role he assumed in July 2022. After joining Macquarie Capital’s infrastructure team in 2007, Chris worked across advisory and investment in infrastructure and renewable energy development. He led some of the first renewable transactions as part of Macquarie Capital’s London principal team. Following the acquisition of the Green Investment Bank from the UK Government in 2017, Chris led the integration and served as the Deputy Head in EMEA before relocating to New York to launch Green Investment Group in the Americas in 2018.
Most recently, Chris has been part of the global senior leadership team raising MGETS – Macquarie Asset Management's first energy transition fund. Chris holds a Master of Engineering (First Class) in civil engineering from Imperial College and a Master of Finance from INSEAD.
